Sweet Potato : 

Everyone knows sweet potato has great results for health. You don't know, no matter what, we will talk. Sweet potato is an underground substance. It contains innumerable nutritional elements, manganese, complex carbohydrates, and dietary fiber. You can include it in the morning breakfast and it is not expensive either. You can boil and fry it. Tea :

Tea contains less caffeine than coffee. Tea strengthens your bones as well as helps you lose weight. Tea can reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. It helps to strengthen our immune system. If something is eaten or drunk too much, it has side effects. So drink as much as you can and keep your best.
